Consultations are complimentary unless otherwise noted. Certain specialized consultations (such as our acne consultation) carry a fee that applies toward your program if you proceed. We'll always be clear about any fee before you book.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another patient. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee. Deposits, where required, may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
If you arrive late, we'll do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be shortened to respect other patients' appointments, or may need to be rescheduled.
Aesthetic and wellness results vary from person to person. Photos, testimonials, and descriptions on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your results. Your provider will discuss realistic expectations with you.
